This photo was taken by Mark Habeck on Tuesday. (11-10-09) It was bright and sunny. An unseasonable 60 degree November afternoon. This is a photo taken from a rock outcropping on the banks of the Wisconsin River at Grandfather Falls, north of Merrill. This was to be the last fishing outing for the year. Unfortunately, no fish were caught, but it sure was a pleasnt afternoon!
Morning of november the 8th, duck hunting. We were waiting for ours to open and watched the sunrise. This pictures is a rock bar with our shotguns resting on rocks, our chairs, and my black lab waiting to start hunting! It was a picture perfect scence.
